Located on the Central Coast's beautiful coastal town, Avoca Beach, we are seeking a fashion obsessed, retail enthusiast and all round studio superstar assistant. We are searching for someone who embodies the Louley brand, bringing optimism, creativity and sophistication to everything they do. 
The Role: 
  • Daily order dispatch and returns processing both physically and virtually
  • Assisting customers with all their enquiries via phone, email, chat & social media platforms
  • Working independently to pick, pack and dispatch all orders, seasonally
  • Impeccable customer service and communication skills to resolve customer issues relating to orders
  • Assisting the wider online and marketing teams as required
  • Join campaign photoshoots and capture behind the scenes content
  • Being a team player and a 'can do' attitude

As the busy season has arrived, we are looking for someone to join our small studio on a casual basis. You will be working as part of an intimate team to assist in the effective day to day running of our brand. You will be accountable for servicing our customers via email, chat, phone and social media, daily dispatch or orders and stock organisation.

Your positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, level of care and efficiency will see you excel in this role. Additionally, you will enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment, with the customer at the centre of all that you do.
