International orders may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by customs direct to arrange payment. Louley cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.
Delivery Timeframe Within Australia
All orders are packed and shipped within 24hours of receiving the order.

If you wish to place an order for a pre-order item and in stock item, delivery will be delayed until all items on the order are in stock to be dispatched. If you wish for your items to be sent separately please place seperate orders or reach out to Customer Care to process an additional shipping fee.
How to return your item
Please use our return portal here to assist with your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that shipping fees are not refunded unless we have sent you the wrong garment. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping.
Returns and credit note refunds are to be sent within 7 days of delivery arriving. Items not received within this time frame will not be accepted.
The garment must be in the exact condition it was sent out in - it must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached. If the tags are cut off the garment, it will be assumed that the garment is worn/used and you will be ineligible for a refund.
We do not accept refunds on any promotion/ sale/ discounted items. Where a credit note is issued, it will be at 110% of your order value, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed, and then will be available to use immediately through our online store.

Items purchased during a sale or promotion - all sale items are final sale, this includes items purchased during a promotional period.
Sample Sale - strictly no refund/exchange on any sample sale purchases.
We do not currently offer refunds on purchases made using AfterPay. These purchases are eligible for an online store credit only.
