Louley cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Pre Order

If you wish to place an order for a pre-order item and in stock item, delivery will be delayed until all items on the order are in stock to be dispatched. If you wish for your items to be sent separately please place seperate orders or reach out to Customer Care to process an additional shipping fee.
