Refund policy

 

To lodge a return please use the return portal. Here, you can manage any exchanges or refunds.

Full priced items

  •  are eligible for a full refund* (excluding AfterPay/Klarna), exchange or store credit 
  • Returns processed using AfterPay or Klarna are eligible for store credit at no cost, or a refund less a 6% processing fee if you prefer funds returned to your original payment method.

Sale items 

  •  any item marked down and below the full price are eligible for a store credit only
  • Sale items discounted 50% or more are deemed FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

     

  • Any sample items are final sale

Exchanges

  • If you require a different size, we’re happy to offer an exchange subject to stock availability.
  • If your preferred size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued so you can choose another Louley piece.
  • Items Received Through Exchange
    Items received through an exchange are not eligible for refund and may only be exchanged again or returned for store credit.

How to Return

If your return meets our conditions outlined below, please follow the below steps to lodge your return:

  1. Access our returns portal here.
  2. Follow the steps outlined within the portal.
  3. Include your approved returns number 
  4. Once your return has been received at our Sydney warehouse, our returns team will process it within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Louley Terms and conditions

  • Returns or refunds must be made and sent within 14 days of purchase. Items not received within this time frame will not be accepted.
  • The garment must be in the exact condition it was sent out in - it must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned without their returns approval number, will not be accepted, and will be returned back to the customer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless the incorrect item has been sent.
  • Louley cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend sending your item/s back using a prepaid service that offers tracking.
